Download the Shop Raha application.
Select your preferred language.

We deliver to all areas in Kuwait.
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery fees are subject to change, depending on location or the time of order. You can find the associated fees on the checkout screen.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order amount you must reach to deliver your products is 5 K.D.
Can I pick up my order?
We are a fulfillment center and only allow delivery at the moment.
What if my order has damaged items upon arrival?
Our team takes special care to ensure that your order reaches you in the perfect condition. On the rare occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please reach out to us on the above mentioned customer support channels and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

If I change my mind, how can I change/cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel by visiting your active orders page. If your order is already being prepared, we unfortunately cannot cancel it as items were hand picked for you! Once your order arrives, feel free to contact us to return items, subject to our return policy.8) What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay through credit in your wallet, or through Knet, visa, & mastercard payments.
I still haven't received my refund.
Please check your available wallet balance under your Profile section, or view “Wallet Transactions” to view its history. If your refund wasn’t reflected in your wallet or if you’d like the money refunded to your bank account instead, please contact our customer support team at the above mentioned channels.
How do I initiate account deletion?
In order to initiate the request, please contact our call center at +965 1807242 or email@example.com to provide them with your registered email & phone number. We invite you to review the below guidelines before hand.
- Your name, address, number, and email can be deleted from the system, however any past orders cannot for both financial & legal reasons. Any order you may have placed in the past will be assigned to a system-generated user ID that is void of any personal data save for the delivery city. Please note, that this decision will apply to historical data, and that if you wish to sign up again or place a new order, you will have to submit an account deletion request again.
